Dining at Brasserie B by Bobby Flay was an unforgettable experience. Nestled within the luxurious Caesars Palace, this Persian steakhouse with French-inspired flair offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The cocktail and wine selection was thoughtfully curated, offering the perfect complement to the meal. The food was nothing short of outstanding. My daughter and I enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks—tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared. My wife was equally impressed with her salmon, which was beautifully presented and full of rich, delicate flavors. The highlight of the evening was the dessert. Every option was tempting, but the chocolate delice cake stood out as a true masterpiece. It was, without question, one of the best desserts I’ve ever had—decadent, rich, and perfectly balanced. Brasserie B delivers an elevated dining experience with impeccable service, a warm atmosphere, and food that leaves a lasting impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Las Vegas.

Arrived for breakfast without a reservation and as we were the second party there, we were seated quickly and attended to quickly. Breakfast was perfect and exactly what we needed after a long day travelling the day before. Sabrina was our server and she was fantastic. Great experience overall from the food to the service, to the atmosphere and ambience. Comfortable seating and tasteful decor made this a really good experience. Thank you! Definitely would recommend. Pricing was as most things at Caesar are. Update: returned the next day as the previous days breakfast and service was so good! Had the Croque Madame.

One of my to-do’s was to eat at one of Bobby Flay’s restaurants as I enjoy watching him on Food Network. Enter Brasserie B, which just so happened to be inside Caesars Palace where we were staying. ATMOSPHERE: I did feel like I was back in Paris with the ambient lighting, warm colors and decor. A raw bar and wine display added to the ambiance. RESERVATIONS: Not needed for lunch as they never got busy, even at 12 noon a day before New Year’s Eve. Recommend for dinner. MENU: Raw bar, salads, French apps & entrees. BEVERAGE: Mimosa Textbook refreshing. FOOD: Escargot 6 pieces done in the traditional butter & garlic style. Definitely dip the included baguette in the pools of garlic butter! Vidalia Onion Soup “Vidalia” is the type of onion used in this classic French onion soup. Served searing hot, the spoonful I had was savory, bold and delish. Croque Madame The last time I had this was in the actual “City of lights”. Being a madame (versus a monsieur), it adds an over easy egg on the top of the famed, French-style ham & cheese sandwich. Heavenly... SERVICE: Host & server were both terrific. OVERALL: Authentic brasserie cuisine.

We dined here while in town for the weekend and everything we ordered did not disappoint. We opted for the Bubbly Beginnings option via Open Table, so we had a bottle of Brut Rose waiting for us when we arrived. We started off with oysters and the yellowtail. Despite the small size of the oysters, they were tasty. The caviar that came with the yellowtail added a nice, salty touch to the dish. My husband had the American Wagyu and I went with the NY Strip & lobster tail. Steaks were cooked to our liking and we enjoyed every bite. We ordered the spinach as a side to share and that too was as flavorful as spinach can get. We ended with the meal with the dark chocolate souffle. The presentation was nice & and it even came with extra cream & whipped topping. Service was top notch as our server, Dylan, made every effort to make our dining experience one to remember. I did remove one star from the atmosphere rating. A diner nearby could not see the menu so he turned his flashlight on. The flashlight was shining at us directly and bothered us for some time while we ate. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed Brasserie and plan to be back next time we are in town.

I have eaten several meals at Brassiere B over the past year. The most recent was the best by far! The menu has changed and two of the items that were added were exceptional. The Lobster-Crab cake was the best I've eaten. The cake was lightly breaded and had plenty of lobster and crab meat. The Dijon mustard sauce added a kick of flavor. I then had the Creole Filet which was very flavorful. I would highly recommend both dishes. The bar staff was very friendly and made great cocktail/wine suggestions. The highlight was meeting Bobby.

Dinner at Brasserie was terrific. The service (by Damon) was excellent, the food and adult beverages were also excellent. Someone from management took the time to come over to the table after dinner and before dessert to ask how everything was. She appeared to sincerely have an interest in my opinion of how satisfied I was with the meal. The Martini Cosmopolitan was great. The only thing that would have made it better was if it had been served in a martini glass, not a glass with rounded edges. (I'm just being picky!) The Escargot was perfect. Served with a toasted baguette. Done right! The Chicken Francais was cooked to perfection. It was done the right way. It was dredged through egg, then breaded and cooked wonderfully. The sauce was also above par. The wild mushrooms and shallots were my least favorite. Not what I was expecting. The Dark Chocolate souffle was a perfect way to cap off my meal. Waited 20 minutes which is to be expected. If you are in a bit of a rush, I suggest letting your server know that you want the souffle in advance. A good server will know how to time the dessert so that you are not waiting 20 minutes after you finish your meal. I will absolutely be eating at Brasserie B again in the near future.

I’m a fan of Bobby Flay so... this might not be totally accurate Lol, or my expectations may be high too. We had lunch here on the trip. Ordered steak tartar, surprisingly not what I expected. We did not enjoy it as much as I hoped for. The beef was dryer than another restaurant. The taste was good tho, but didn’t like the texture. Different for sure. The burger was good not blow me out of the water. Wish it comes with a little side so we don’t have to order 18 fries, kinda ridiculous for having burger. The mussels were good, I enjoyed it a lot. Service was great, very claim and polite, well manner staffs. The food took too long to come. I’m not sure what’s the reason. If this restaurant isn’t own by Bobby Flay, I would have a problem waiting that long for the food. It worth checking out. I had a good lunch there.

Very delicious and satisfying breakfast. Croque Madame was tasty and filling. The American breakfast was perfectly prepared. Chicken sausage was flavorful and the right addition to the fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes and wheat toast. The much needed coffee was full bodied and awakened your senses.
